  2. Drying Your Collar:

    • Once rinsed, either hang the collar to dry or pat it dry gently. Avoid using direct heat sources like hairdryers, as they can damage the materials.

  3. Storage:

    • When not in use, store your collar in a dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and deterioration of the materials.

 

Special Coatings and Materials:

  • Each collar is coated with a water-based clear coat to enhance durability and preserve the colour vibrancy.

  • All metal components are crafted from stainless steel or aluminum, ensuring that they will not rust even with regular exposure to moisture.

  • Hardware Defects: Your collar is guaranteed against defects in the hardware. Should you encounter a malfunction in the hardware (e.g., buckles, clips), we will replace or repair your collar as covered by this guarantee.

  • Exclusions: The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from chewing, bead colour fade, or damage caused by the collar being modified or altered by the customer. If the collar is altered in any way, the hardware guarantee becomes void.

  • Lifetime of the Collar: While we ensure that every collar is crafted with the utmost care and quality materials, the lifetime of the collar will depend on its usage and care. Following our care instructions helps extend this lifetime significantly.

 

How to Claim:

  • If you believe your collar has a hardware defect covered under our guarantee, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We may request photos to better understand the problem and will guide you through the process of claiming under the guarantee.
